If your order arrives damaged/something is wrong with your order then you may either be refunded or sent a replacement item.

If you wish to exchange/return an undamaged item please contact to arrange a return - return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer

Lost in the post

If your item does not arrive within the intended timeframe please contact and I will get back to you asap

Please note that economy airmail does not come with tracking - if it gets lost I have no way of lodging a claim with the post office to find it. Economy air is very reliable but please note that no refunds/replacement items can be given with this shipping method.
